You will be working in a newly formed telemarketing team, your daily tasks will be flexible, and will involve making out bound phone calls, gathering data, contacting existing customers, booking appointments for account managers, as well as contacting potential customers..
The working hours required are 9:30-1pm & 2pm-5:00pm Monday – Friday.
We are willing to be flexible with these hours, we will also consider full time applications.
You will be confident on the phone, have good administrative and keyboard skills and enjoy being part of a team.
Experience in working with databases will be an advantage with an excellent command of spoken & written English being essential.

Are you an experienced copier engineer looking to increase your IT knowledge?
A high percentage of our installations are networked solutions so there has never been a better time to join our team. We are looking for first class, experienced Copier/Printer Service Engineers ideally with experience on the Canon range. Digital product knowledge would be advantageous and excellent customer handling ability is essential. Ongoing training (including IT) will be provided throughout your career.

Do you have a proven track record in sales? Falcon is looking for customer focussed sales professionals to work with both existing customers and new prospective clients.
You would be working with a friendly team where the main objective is to give the right advice to help customers get the best solution.
You will ideally have experience in office printer sales with a reasonable knowledge of network printing and managed print solutions.
