ScanFile is a modular document archiving solution that offers an impressive range of features and a host of innovative time saving options based on the latest advances in Document Management. Canon UK were once the main supplier of Scanfile in the UK but no longer provide support for Scanfile. Falcon Document Management are acreddited to supply and suppport Scanfile customers and are a leading reseller of Scanfile. Both paper and electronic documents may be electronically archived to Scanfile and easily indexed (often document indexing may be automated using Scanfile modules)ensuring minimum levels of manual intervention.

Whenever you need to locate a document simply search Scanfile and a list of documents that meet your search criteria will be listed, from here you may print or email the complete document or selected pages. Scanfile is a modular system which means that you can take advantage of other features that may ideally suit your document management requirements. Scanfile meets with the Code of practice for Legal Admissibility and Evidential weight of information stored Electronically (BSI-DISC PD0008:1999), this means that you may destroy your paper files once scanned to save storage space.
