The Canon imageRUNNER Advance C7065i comes standard with basic send options. This basic send functionality allows a user to send their document to E-Mail/Internet FAX (SMTP), PC (SMB/FTP) in formats such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF, XPS, High Compression PDF/XPS, pDF/A-1b, Policy Protected PDF and more.
With these send options as standard on the iR-ADV C7065i your users can easily send documents to several destinations without any additional software or hardware. This makes the iR-ADV C7065i a true multifunctional device.
True Adobe PS 3 pdf printing capability
With the new Adobe PS 3 printer driver the iR-ADV C7065i fully supports the Portable Document Format and provides the users with the ability to 'mark up' PDF's
Microsoft Office Open XML integration
It is now possible to scan documents directly to the Microsoft Office Open XML format (.pptx). This allows hard copy documents to be converted into Microsoft Office document format so the document elements, such as images and text, can be natively edited using Microsoft Office.

Using proven imagePRESS technology the iR-ADV C7065i has superb image quality using V-Toner, e-Drum (Black Only) and the ACRDAT (Automatic and Reciprocal Colour Density Adjustment Technology) calibration process.

The imageRUNNER advance series provides a vast improvement in up time with expected improvements to be between 20-30%. This is achieved by using the latest in consumable parts, such as the Film Unit (fixing), the Drum Unit and Developer. Whereas the developer and drum were combined in previous models, they are separated and therefore reduce running costs
Fax option
The entire imageRUNNER advance C7000 series range of photocopier has the option of a fax board. This provides true fax ability and now has the option of a second line compared to just a single fax line on previous models. If you have a multi-device office and they all require fax capability, there is now the option to have a master fax device and by adding remote fax kit to the other devices you can reduce your costs but still provide true fax capability.
