Buyers Laboratory Inc., one of the world's leading authorities when it comes to assessing reprographics/imaging devices and software has this month announced the winners of Buyers Laboratory Inc 'Summer Pick 2011'. In recognition of Canon's efforts to set the standards when it comes to document workflow security, the company's flagship solution, Canon uniFLOW 5.0 has been awarded 'Outstanding Document Security Solution'.

Canon uniFLOW Severless Secure Print Workflow Solution - 'Outstanding Document Security Solution'

Here at Falcon, we've talked in great detail about the many advantages of the uniFLOW document workflow solution. BLI were impressed with the uniFLOW severless secure print workflow solution's ability to build-on existing MFP secure print functionality to provide 'My Print Anywhere' proximity card login to customers who may not possess a dedictaed print server. This level of functionality helps on three fronts - improving security, as important documents are never left unattended, reducing waste by preventing printing of documents which may not be collected and increases productivity by ensuring an MFP is only engaged when a user actually requires his/her documents. Canon uniFLOW document workflow solution is available for both MEAP enabled Canon imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER Advance photocopiers/MFP's, as well as a select number of Canon multifunctional devices.
