(Example question) We have a Canon iRC5185i and would like to change the default setting for scanned documents that are forwarded, at the moment it sends the documents as a TIFF file, I would like to change the default to a PDF file.
Can you let me know how to change this setting please?

(Example question) I have just picked up a iR2270
It is the basic model with no optional equipment is installed that I am aware of.
Can I print directly through the unit from my PC using the USB connection (using the downloaded drivers from the Canon web site) or do I need one of the printer kits to make use of this function (UFR II OR MULTI -PDL kits)?
