Document Routing

The Scanfile module Document Routing allows you to assign documents to pre-defined routes that will direct the documents to users and/or archives in an order that has been defined within the route.

The Document routes consist of separate steps which can vary depending on selected options. At each step the file can be assigned to a specific folder and/or users. Until each user at each step within a route has performed the required action, such as viewing or approving, the document will not move onto the next step in the route.

With Scanfile Document Routing, if a document is routed to a user, it will appear in the user"s personal hitlist.
