ScanFile COLD

The ScanFile COLD feature captures data as it is spooled to a printer and fully automates the indexing process. As you produce invoices the documents are saved in Scanfile without the need to scan them.

Once saved the invoices are a true facsimile of the original and you should be able to get written permission (Inland Revenue and HM Customs & Excise) to keep the Scanfile documents in place of hard-copy paper files.
