ScanFile can read barcodes and fully automatically index Scanfile with the barcode information. It is normally very straightforward to have barcodes implemented on documents and is a one-off setup.

Delivery notes are a good example of documents that provide maximum benefits from barcodes, the company name, document number, account number, date and any other useful document information may be automatically processed by Scanfile as the pages pass through the scanner.
